Standard and Extended Warranty Terms and Conditions

Please contact Indoor Gartentechnik Support via [email protected] for all warranty and product support requests.

These terms and conditions apply to both Standard and Extended Warranties for products purchased from Indoor Gartentechnik.

In the event of a warranty claim regarding a delivered product, you will be asked to return the relevant product to our support center for assessment and potential repair or replacement.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a contract between the customer ("you") and Indoor Gartentechnik ("IndoorGartenTechnik GmbH," Company Registration Number: HRB 17077) registered in Holtweg, Germany.


Warranty Terms

  1. Subject to the conditions outlined below, Indoor Gartentechnik agrees to repair or replace the product that it supplied to you at no cost, provided the product does not perform according to Indoor Gartentechnik specifications during the 12-month Standard Warranty period.

  2. The benefits provided by this warranty are in addition to any rights and remedies available to you under German law.

  3. Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required when making a warranty claim.

  4. If a product is faulty or damaged upon delivery, you must submit photographic evidence of the damage to IndoorgartenTechnik GmbH Support via [email protected] before the product will be repaired or replaced.

  5. IndoorGartenTechnik GmbH reserves the right to replace the product or relevant part with the same or equivalent product or part, rather than repair it. Replacements may include refurbished parts, and warranty replacement does not extend or restart the warranty period.

  6. If IndoorGartenTechnik GmbH is unable to repair or replace the product, you may be offered a store credit or refund for the purchase price, excluding shipping costs.

  7. Any product that is replaced or refunded under warranty will become the property of IndoorGartenTechnik GmbH.

  8. Customers must inspect all goods upon receipt. Any transit damage must be reported to IndoorGartenTechnik GmbH within 3 days of receipt.


Warranty Exclusions

Warranties do not apply to:

  • Consumable parts, such as batteries or coatings, unless failure results from defects in materials or workmanship.
  • Cosmetic damage to packaging or external surfaces.
  • Damage caused by misuse, accident, or external factors such as fire or liquid contact.
  • Products modified or repaired by unauthorized persons.
  • Normal wear and tear or aging of the product.
  • Missing or defaced serial numbers.

Warranty Returns

If you experience an issue with a product, please first check our FAQs or contact our support team. If further action is required, our support team will guide you through the warranty claim process. Once received, our technicians will assess and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Please note: The return process may take up to 30 days, excluding transit times. We aim to resolve issues faster whenever possible.
