Indoorgartentechnik sends all orders under 30kg by destination Germany via post with Track & Trace code. When the payment has already honored through our website we will ship the order as soon as possible.

Orders up to 30 kg with destination countries within the European Union are also sent by post. For this, additional costs will be charged, depending on the weight of the package. A summary of these additional costs will be shown during the ordering process. Orders with destination countries within the European Union, in most cases within 3 to 7 business days.

Orders over 30 kg destined for Germany and countries will be shipped within and outside the European Union over a specified carrier. The costs are dependent on the weight and the dimensions of the order. A summary of these additional costs will be shown during the ordering process. After receiving the payment we will keep you informed of the status of the shipment of your order. Orders over 30 kg are destined for the Netherlands in most cases within 3 to 5 business days. Orders over 30 kg destined for countries within the European Union, in most cases within 3 to 7 business days. Orders over 30 kg destined for countries outside the European Union in most cases, within 5 to 10 business days.

For every order you will receive an order confirmation and shipping confirmation to your specified email address. If you have a Track & Trace code will receive (depending on the switched carrier), you can track your order from the moment the consignment is notified to the relevant carrier until the moment of delivery.

 

Returns and / or exchanges

We make every effort to deliver quality products. It may nevertheless occur that the article does not meet your expectations. An article can always be returned and you always get your money back, even if it is a 'Sale' section.

The procedure is as follows:

 

Conditions:
1. You can report items returned within 14 days after receipt. This can on the website by logging in with your Indoorgartentechnik account. On receipt is equated the second delivery attempt by Post.
2. You must return within 14 days after registration to be received by us (Please note that you return a few days may be on the way);

3. The return must include the return number and a print of the feedback. Then indicated which items are returned, and we know whose return is coming.

Attention Points: 
1. The return item must be provided with original tags and if applicable, be returned in original packaging;

2. Returned items can not be returned if:

a. They have been used;

b. They are damaged and / or you have tried self repair damage / lack;
c. You have not followed the instructions and / or instructions

Processing and reimbursement of your return 
Your return will be confirmed upon registration and upon receipt of your package by email. The amount of your return is  always within the applicable statutory period refunded to the bank account specified by you or credit card.
The shipping of the original order will not be refunded. These are considered compensation for transmitting return.
