The Rayjet spray pen is the solution for an even watering over the entire surface of all loose substrates. An even spray pattern remains visible under all circumstances. Irrigation of larger pots, containers, organic crops and open ground.

Most important features:

• Even water distribution over the surface of the substrates, for any bucket or container size;
• The robust spray pin can be inserted upright in the substrate without any problem;
• Minimal chance of clogging, also in recirculation systems;
• No mist formation during watering;
• Low pre-pressure required of 0.8 bar and therefore applicable in standard crane
• compartments;
• Minimum mutual watering differences;

With the horizontal connection, the drip hose stays close to the ground, which minimizes the risk of cutting and pulling.

The spray pen is made of a black PP plastic and assembled with the Rayjet. Automated production guarantees high operational reliability and quality. The spray pin has a unique built-in safety mechanism (vortex) to minimize the risk of clogging. The vortex mechanism and the nozzle mouth together ensure an even and continuous watering without mist formation. The feed water is distributed over the entire surface by 12 jets of water from the nozzle.

The spray pin is a total of 21.5 cm high, the distance from the nozzle to the tip of the spray pin is 19 cm. By inserting the push pin deeper into the substrate, the surface that is sprayed becomes smaller, with this height adjustment the sprayable surface is adjustable. Due to the conical press-fit connection on the pin and in the angle connector, the installation is easy and watertight.

The horizontal connection is made with an external conical screw thread. We recommend pre-heating the hose ends with warm water at ± 40 ° C for the correct mounting of the threaded connection in the PE hose. This makes mounting much easier.
