1. Scope
These terms and conditions apply to all offers, contracts, and deliveries from Indoor Gartentechnik GmbH. Deviations are only valid if agreed upon in writing.

2. Offers and Prices

• All offers are non-binding unless stated otherwise.
• Prices include VAT unless otherwise indicated.
• Indoor Gartentechnik GmbH reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.

3. Orders and Contracts

• A contract is concluded when Indoor Gartentechnik GmbH confirms the customer's order in writing.
• If the customer places an order but does not pay within 14 days, Indoor Gartentechnik GmbH reserves the right to cancel the order. Price changes may apply for new orders.

4. Payment

• Payment must be made in full before Indoor Gartentechnik GmbH processes and ships the order.
• Payments can be made via bank transfer, PayPal, or cash in store (if agreed in advance).

5. Delivery

• Delivery takes place at the address provided by the customer.
• Stated delivery times are indicative and not binding.

6. Right of Withdrawal

• Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing a reason.

7. Warranty and Complaints

• Indoor Gartentechnik GmbH guarantees the quality of the delivered products for the period specified by the manufacturer.
• Complaints must be submitted in writing within 14 days of discovery.

8. Liability

• Indoor Gartentechnik GmbH is not liable for indirect damages, including consequential damages and lost profits.

10. Applicable Law
All contracts are subject to German law. Disputes will be settled by the competent court in Germany.
