GrowMax Water GrowMax 2500 – Reverse Osmosis 2,500 L/day

The GrowMax Water GrowMax 2500 reverse osmosis system is designed to produce high-quality water for cultivation installations with a high water demand. With a production capacity of up to 2,500 litres per day, approximately 100 litres per hour, the system helps reduce the concentration of dissolved salts and heavy metals in the incoming water.

This provides a more controllable base for preparing nutrient solutions and allows the composition of irrigation water to be adjusted more precisely.

The GrowMax 2500 system is equipped with two 500 GPD reverse osmosis membranes and a prefiltration system consisting of a sediment filter and carbon block filter. This combination protects the membranes against particles, impurities and certain compounds present in the incoming water, helping to maintain stable operation and extend the service life of the system.

The GrowMax 2500 is supplied fully assembled on a robust metal frame and ready for installation. The required tubing for the water inlet, reverse osmosis water outlet and drain is included. Quick-connect fittings simplify both installation and maintenance.

Greater control over nutrient water

By using reverse osmosis water, the grower has a water source with a lower concentration of dissolved salts as the basis for preparing nutrient solutions. This allows parameters such as electrical conductivity (EC), fertilisation and nutrient balance to be adjusted more precisely.

This reduces the influence of the original water composition on the feeding programme.

The GrowMax 2500 is particularly suitable for hydroponic and aeroponic systems, indoor grow rooms, outdoor cultivation, greenhouses, large gardens and professional applications where a high daily volume of treated water is required.

Main features

  • Production up to 2,500 L/day: approximately 100 litres per hour.
  • 2 × 500 GPD membranes: high-capacity configuration for installations with high water consumption.
  • Up to 95% rejection rate: helps reduce dissolved salts and heavy metals in the water.
  • Complete prefiltration: sediment filter and carbon block filter.
  • Dual pressure gauge: allows monitoring of the system's operating pressure.
  • Flow restrictor: included to support correct operation of the reverse osmosis process.
  • Fully assembled: supplied on a metal frame and ready for installation.
  • Quick-connect fittings: simplify installation and maintenance.
  • Tubing set included: for water inlet, reverse osmosis water and drain.

Recommended applications

  • Technical indoor and outdoor cultivation
  • Hydroponic irrigation systems
  • Aeroponic systems
  • Greenhouses and larger cultivation areas
  • Preparation of nutrient solutions with greater control over EC
  • Professional installations with high daily water demand

Maintenance

To maintain system performance, it is recommended to replace the prefilters every 3 to 6 months, depending on the amount of use and the quality of the incoming water.

The reverse osmosis membranes have an estimated service life of 1 to 2 years. Their actual lifespan may vary depending on water pressure, dissolved salt concentration, frequency of use and maintenance performed.

Replacement for the GrowMax 3000

The GrowMax 2500 replaces the previous GrowMax 3000. Although the GrowMax 3000 is no longer available, filters, membranes and replacement parts for existing GrowMax 3000 systems remain available.

Actual production capacity and rejection rate may vary depending on the pressure, temperature and composition of the incoming water, as well as the condition of the filters and membranes.
